SAFETY

EPDC takes pride in our safety record. Our Management and Employees are committed to the continuing success of our programs and policies.

It is the policy of EPDC to build and maintain a healthy and safe workplace through the development of a culture of safety orientated personnel. At EPDC we will conduct our operations safely, and prevent injuries to our personnel, other workers, the public and the environment.

We are convinced that a well-produced Safety Program will guide us to reach our goal of reducing incidents and in turn reduce accidents and injuries.

A well structured Safety Program requires direction, full involvement and support from all persons or companies involved with EPDC.  All Employees and Contractors will be provided with supervision during training, a safe work environment and a well defined incident/accident prevention program.

Employees and Contractors are both required to accept the same responsibilities to prevent incidents and/or accidents by following safe work procedures. All contractors and workers working for EPDC will adhere to company policy and wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

Through consistent reviews and auditing of the EPDC Health, Safety and Environmental Policies the Company is able to ensure our Clients that we are committed to the Health and Welfare of our Employees, Contractors, General Public and our Environment.

All Employees are required to have their First Aid, WHMIS, TDG and H2S.
